The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our senior leadership team from June 2018. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career development.

The position is non-class based but with a teaching commitment.

We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher who will:
• Be a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and vision of the school
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner who engages and enthuses children and understands the importance of ensuring all pupils reach their potential
• Demonstrate a clear desire for enabling rapid progress and inspiring colleagues in raising standards in Key Stage 2
• Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and the energy and enthusiasm to play a key role in school with high expectations of both themselves and others
• Interpret and analyse school data and have a thorough understanding of how assessment data can be used to bring about improved opportunities for all pupils
