SS Mary & John’s are seeking to appoint an experienced practitioner with leadership qualities, management skills and the drive necessary to deliver high quality lessons, demonstrating consistently good or outstanding teaching where children of all abilities make good or better progress to join our new leadership team. Generous weekly release time is available to enable the successful candidate to fulfil their management role.

The successful applicant should be an experienced and outstanding teacher able to demonstrate an excellent record of success in pupil achievement and possess a desire to shape the delivery of teaching practice across the age and ability range dedicated to this post. They will be accountable for leading and motivating others in raising standards for our children.

This role focuses on providing high quality education for all children and continuous improvement in standards of learning and achievement.
