The Governors of this popular and over-subscribed school are seeking to appoint a highly effective, dedicated and creative Inclusion Leader with the highest expectations who is able to motivate pupils and staff to reach their full potential. The post holder will also hold responsibility for teaching a group or class on a part-time basis dependent on the needs of the school.

• Is a leader with the ability to raise attainment, progress and engagement across the school, especially for our most vulnerable learners.
• Has experience of successfully leading an aspect of teaching and learning.
• Has the ability to manage and support pupils' behaviour positively and effectively in line with our behaviour policy and school ethos and have your own approaches based on research and practice.
• Has the ability to facilitate, foster and nurture good communication within our school community and beyond.
• Has a strong commitment to continuing professional development.
• Has a desire to work in a great school, supporting the long term vision of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
