Due to the retirement of our long-serving and highly regarded Headteacher, the Governing Board of St Bega’s is looking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic Headteacher who will continue to build upon the many achievements of this very successful school.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:
• is a practising Catholic, committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic Education
• has the vision, ambition and motivation to lead our outstanding school into the next stage of development
• values all children as individuals and is passionate in their belief that every child can and should achieve success
• has the ability to build strong relationships with the children, staff, parents and community
• is a leader with enthusiasm to inspire staff and children
• has a commitment to professional development for all staff and governors
