The Governors are looking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher with the vision, experience and imagination to build on St Anne’s success and to lead us into the next phase of the school’s development.

St Anne’s is an oversubscribed, thriving and vibrant Catholic Primary School (Planned Admission Number 40), with a strong sense of community. Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Headteacher with proven leadership ability who can demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of education.

The Governing Body and the children are looking for somebody who:
• is a committed and practising Catholic who can further develop the outstanding Catholic identity and ethos of our school
• is a dedicated educator with previous experience of sustaining and improving standards of teaching within the primary age range
• will provide strong, inspirational leadership whilst possessing a vision for Catholic education in the 21st Century
• shows commitment to staff empowerment and development, supporting all staff to become outstanding
• can continue to develop and build successful links with our Parish, parents and the wider community
• can demonstrate exceptional skills in the monitoring of pupil progress through data analysis and evaluation
• is able to communicate effectively with all school stakeholders
• will be thrilled by the curiosity, energy and kindness of our children, and show a great sense of pride in their achievements
