The governors, staff and children of Our Lady’s, Princethorpe wish to appoint a new Headteacher who is a highly motivated, dynamic and energetic leader who will inspire a broad and creative curriculum.

We are looking for a headteacher who:
• Is a practising Catholic with a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education
• Will lead, motivate and inspire staff, with a clear vision for the future direction of the school
• Is passionate about developing teaching & learning with an imaginative and effective approach
• Supports staff with continuous improvement and a strong ethos of professional development
• Has experience in senior leadership whilst also teaching and will continue this practice as Headteacher
• Is an effective communicator who leads by example
• Can balance resources efficiently and effectively in a way that maximises performance and ensures the financial sustainability of the school
• Can build on our links with our parish, our parents and the wider community
• Will aspire to ensure all children reach their full potential
