£33,316 - £38,192 (pro rata for 17.5 hours a week) per annum

CAFOD, one of the UK’s major aid agencies, is looking for a passionate Education Resource Coordinator who is able to inspire teachers and children to take action for global justice with CAFOD.

Job Profile
The post holder is responsible for developing, writing and editing educational and fundraising resources and communications to meet CAFOD’s primary schools programme objectives (4-11 years). CAFOD’s Education Programme works with Catholic schools to raise awareness of global poverty and injustice and enable them to take action.

Your role is to:
• Devise, write and produce innovative, interactive global resources (offline and online) for children and schools, in support of CAFOD’s education programme
• Project-manage the delivery of key resources for the Education team
• To be actively involved in developing various communications (online and offline)

Your profile
• You will have experience of teaching in a primary school and a good understanding of the Catholic schools sector
• You will enjoy being creative, and have experience of creating and writing educational resources for children and teachers
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects.
