The governing body is seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of School, who is a committed practising Catholic, to play a key role in leading our welcoming and friendly primary school, under the direction of the Executive Headteacher and the academy committee.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious senior leader who will be instrumental in securing the strategic improvement and direction of the academy, whilst working closely with our strategic partners in All Saints Catholic Collegiate multi-academy company.

The successful candidate will:
• Demonstrate an understanding of leadership of a Catholic school and the promotion of Catholic life across the school and parish community
• Work closely with the executive headteacher, chair and governing body to monitor and maintain the desired pace required to improve and sustain outcomes in all areas
• Possess the knowledge, skills, drive and resilience required to improve outcomes for all pupils by setting consistently high expectations for teaching and learning, pupil progress and attainment.
• Have relevant appropriate experience of senior leadership in a Catholic primary school and preferably, within a multi-academy company.
• Demonstrate ways of sustaining high expectations for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
