• Evidence of excellence in the area of assessment of pupil performance
• Innovation in IT and the development of self-monitoring systems
• Strong educational and pastoral leadership
• Commitment to maintaining and developing strong partnerships between the school, the parents, the parish, the receiving Catholic High School, the Diocese, the Local Authority and the wider community
• Leadership training/experience
• Commitment to the development of the Welsh language and culture, curriculum and ethos

Visits to the school are strongly advised by arrangement with the Headteacher.

Due to the nature of the post the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
