Our highly respected Headteacher is to retire after many years of dedicated service to our school. The Governors of The Trinity Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher with the capacity, vision and energy to lead our school community forward in a stimulating and pleasant environment.

Someone who:
• Is a practising Catholic with a strong, lived faith and deep commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic ethos of the school
• Values all children as individuals and ensures that all children are confident and able to achieve their full potential
• Has the vision, passion and motivation to respond to changes in primary education and can continually raise standards and expectations in our school
• Can maintain a culture of excellence amongst staff and pupils alike
• Is a leader and innovator who encourages, enthuses and motivates the school community through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knows about the principles of developing outstanding learning, teaching and assessment for all pupils including those pupils with SEND

• Welcomes pupils of all faiths
• Ensures the welfare of all children at all times, making sure that pupils feel safe
• Lives out our school's code of conduct in everything that they do
