St Paul’s Catholic Primary School (“St.Paul’s”) is an over-subscribed, 2-form entry, voluntary-aided school within the Diocese of Arundel & Brighton. St.Paul’s is situated in Thames Ditton, within the Surrey greenbelt and with excellent public transport links to London. The school was last graded Good at both its OFSTED and Section 48 inspections.

Due to the retirement of our long-standing Headteacher, the governors seek to appoint someone who is:
• A practising Catholic who fully supports the Catholic identity and has a desire to live out and share the faith through work.
• An inspirational leader who has the capacity to develop an already strong and committed team; and who can apply the principle of strategic and creative thinking to build on already good foundations and take the school to its next level.
• A proven communicator who can promote continuing development of the school within a safe and nurturing environment.

The School offers:
• Well behaved children who are proud of their school, with a strong track-record of good attendance and high academic and extra-curricular achievement.
• A talented and highly committed staff.
• A caring, engaged and resourceful parent community with a strong Catholic identity.
• An ambitious and committed governing body, with a diverse range of professional backgrounds.
