Deputy Head Teacher
Salary Leadership Group 1 L4-L8 (£42,398 to £46,799)
Required for September 2018 or sooner if possible.

The Governors, Staff and children of St Charles Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a new Deputy Head Teacher who is dynamic, enthusiastic and committed to ensuring all pupils realise their true potential within the context of a strong faith based community. The candidate must be a practising Catholic and be able to support the Head in ensuring that Christ is at the centre of everything we do.

We are looking for:
• A practising Catholic who is committed to supporting the Head in strengthening the faith of the school.
• An excellent classroom practitioner who can consistently deliver and model best practice.
• Leadership experience and a proven track record in driving school improvement and improving outcomes for all pupils.
• Ability to analyse data, develop strategic plans, set and evaluate progress towards these.
• Ability to work in close partnership with the home, school and parish.
• An approachable and positive individual who is able to motivate other staff to be self-improving and reflective about their practice.
