The Governors of
St Teresa’s Catholic School

invite applications for the post of
Head Teacher

from January 2018.

St Teresa’s is a small, independent, Catholic School serving the Parish of St Teresa of the Child Jesus in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding towns and villages. We are a well-subscribed school of approximately 130 children ranging from our Early Years setting through to Year 6. Our children excel academically as well as in sports, music, drama and art. Our school is non-selective and is open to children of all faiths or none.

Every Child has a future in this world and the next.
Our school is a community in which children, their families and their teachers work together to provide a loving, learning environment;
a school for life according to the teaching of the Catholic Church.

The role of Head Teacher, accountable to our Board of Governors, is seen as integral to the ongoing success of the school. We seek a practising Catholic who is committed to ensuring that our ethos remains at the heart of all we do.
We offer our new Head Teacher the opportunity to take an excellent school forward with new initiatives supported by a dedicated Board of Governors, a strong and experienced Senior management and team of teachers and support staff. The School benefits from an enthusiastic team of parents and volunteers who provide additional support and fundraising.
The vacancy has arisen following the resignation of the previous Head Teacher, Mr Simon Detre.
